 IQ Realty was formed by two agents who, like you, were tired of paying the "Big Brokers" far too much money for too little in return. These agents were tired of rarely, or never, receiving a good client lead, and if they did, there was a referral fee taken from your commission right off the top. It became tiring to pay a seemingly endless amount of monthly fees and then being asked to collect a special "Broker Admin Fee" from their clients at closing while explaining, “all the brokers do it.”

IQ Realty was founded on the belief that you, the agent, do the significant portion of the work and should be rewarded as such. IQ Realty is not in the real estate business to recruit an endless amount of new agents to increase the amount of fees we collect. IQ Realty strives to make the broker/agent relationship as simple and up front as possible. The role of the broker is to oversee agents and provide them with the necessary tools to do their job-- not to charge them an arm and leg before they have had the opportunity to do any business. It is simple: when you do well IQ Realty does well, “a rising tide rises all ships.”

IQ Realty believes that you, as an experienced agent, should have a broker that encourages and allows you to grow you own business. IQ Realty respects your professional expertise and that you have your own goals and objectives, however, we are always here to support and assist you.
